1. Nature of Digital Goods
KeysBeast sells digital activation keys. Once a key has been revealed in your account or copied to your clipboard, it is considered used and cannot be returned, since we have no way to guarantee it has not been redeemed.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The key was never revealed and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- The key is invalid, already used, or cannot be activated on the intended platform.
- A duplicate charge was made due to a technical issue.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- The key has been revealed, copied, or redeemed.
- The purchase does not match your region, hardware, or software requirements, and this information was clearly stated on the product page.
- You changed your mind after activating the product.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through the Support page including your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue. Our team will reply within a few business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be solved faster directly with our support team.
